The rooms were elegant and well-appointed, with Lanvin amenities that added a touch of luxury. We appreciated the turn-down service and the complimentary bottles of water provided daily. The hotel's location in a quieter part of town was a plus, with nice cafes and the ABC mall within walking distance. a great experience and highly recommended.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly amenities for children.

this is a hotel go-to for beirut! the room is good-sized and nicely furnished with modern decor. the location is excellent and good, 10 minutes' walk to national museum of beirut. the property is in the very nice zone.

Great location in Achrafieh district. Nice staff, quick check in/out. Our minibar extras were offered to us free of charge. Late check out at 6.00pm at half the rate.

Poor sound insulation from the noise of the street below. The AC in our room would not stop blowing hot air.

the location was simply perfect - located in a classy district with many nice restaurants and a quaint Parisian cafe with a la carte menu. the room was clean, comfortable and modern with a spacious bathroom. the service provided by the friendly staff was impeccable and the breakfast was exceptional. We loved the indoor pool and the well-equipped gym facilities which were a great way to unwind after a long day.

good location, helpful hotel staff willing to help for every question eagerly, large comfortable rooms (although a little bit old but large, clean and useful), nice hotel driver which we apply for pick up from airport having a good restaurant with reasonale prices (we had a 1 dinner and the meals and the service were ok. actually we loved the labenese kitchen very much :)

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Not much to do within walking distance unless you like to walk. There is a mall close by for shopping with food court. But tourist destinations require a taxi. I liked the location as it was a cheap taxi ride away and good rates.

We had a wonderful stay in a serene location close to all landmarks. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. Our breakfast was one of the best with a wide selection of delectable food. The staff were attentive and hospitable, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests.

That the Wi-Fi was a little slow and unreliable at times. But overall, I had a fantastic weekend and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.
